
We endeavour to process all refunds within 3 working days of your return being received We cannot be held responsible for return delivery costs if you choose to return the goods yourself. Where goods are damaged or defective and we ask you to return the goods we will supply you with a returns label or arrange for a courier to collect from you at our expense. Once the damage has been confirmed we will issue a full refund. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods are to be returned to us or we may ask for photographic confirmation of the damage. If we are not informed then you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and we reserve the right to reject any claims for damage received after 7 days. You need to inspect the purchased items immediately on delivery and notify us by e-mail at within 7 working days if the items are damaged. Once we have issued your refund it can take the Banks up to 4 days to process the refund back into your account Please note that we cannot arrange collection of items you may wish to return Goods being returned are your responsibility and if lost or damaged in transit we cannot be held responsible. We would suggest that you use a tracked method of return. We will refund the purchase price of the item excluding any delivery charges paid, but not any delivery costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us. Once the item has been received and checked your refund will be processed. We are under no obligation to accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.

You will then need to return the item, unused in its original packaging and in a resalable condition quoting the returns number you have been given.
